About Shanna

Shanna Poston serves as the Director of Administration at the Unumb Center for Neurodevelopment. In this role, Shanna is responsible for directing and managing human resources and administration to support The Unumb Center’s short-and long-term strategic goals. 

Shanna worked in the field of nonprofit administration since 2005. She previously served as the Deputy Director for City Year Columbia, an AmeriCorps program with a mission to lower the high school dropout rates across the nation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
